  • Q. What kind of warranty does my repair come with?

    A. All of our repairs (expect liquid damage) come with 90 day warranty.

  • Q. Does the price quoted on the website include parts and labor?

    A. Yes. All prices include parts and labor.

  • Q. How long does it take to fix my phone?

    A. Estimated turn around time is 24 to 48 hours

  • Q. Does Cell Phone Doctor stock every part to every phone?

    A. We stock most parts to the more popular phones however we do not stock every part to every phone. We do order parts everyday and have them overnighted so the turnaround time should not be impacted if we don't have the part in stock

  • Q. What if the part needed to repair my phone is not in stock and not available from your parts vendor?

    A. This does happen from time to time. Usually if the parts vendor is out of stock, it's on back order and will arrive within 2 weeks or less. If this is the case we will notify you.

  • Q. Can you fix water or liquid damaged phones?

    A. Cell Phone Doctor has a 80% success rate in repairing phones with liquid damage.

  • Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?

    A. Only residents in Kentucky have to pay sales tax.

  • Q. How do I know if I need LCD repair or not?

    A. The screen appears blank, white, bleeding, or has dead pixels, then you will need to replace the LCD. If the glass is cracked as well, you will want to choose digitizer / LCD repair.

  • Q. My phone seens to be having multiple problems. Do you offer any kind of discount for multiple repairs?

    A. Yes. Please contact us at 1-855-794-2355 and we'll quote you on having your item repaired.

  • Q. Does your work void the warranty that comes with the phone?

    A. Most manufacture's warranty is for one year but does not cover liquid damage or physical damage. Another words, your warranty was voided once the damage occurred.

  • Q. Do you repair all kinds of phones?

    A. Yes. If your phone is not listed on our site, please call us at 1-855-794-3255 to get a quote.

  • Q. What if you phone is not repairable?

    A. If this is the case, we will refund your repair minus $35 technician service fee and shipping. If you wish for us to recycle your phone we will gladly do so.

  • Q. What do I need to include with my phone when I send it in?

    A. Please remove all cases, skins, covers of all types and just send in the phone by itself. Be sure to include the battery and sim card if you have a GSM phone. Do not send chargers or manuals.

  • Q. What if I have a password on my phone?

    A. You will definitely want to provide us with the password in order for us to adequately test your phone after we repair it.
